Delivery

All our products are carefully packed in shredded paper, wrapped in tissue and beautifully presented in our branded white boxes with a hand tied ribbon or in one of our white wicker hampers. They are then carefully packed in a double walled outer to ensure safe arrival to you. 

 

Standard service 

We use Hermes to courier our hampers. 

Free Standard 1-2 day shipping by Hermes orders over £50

Standard 1-2 day shipping by Hermes orders up to £49.99 is £3.95 

As our hampers are ‘made to order’ all orders should be placed before 12 pm midday to ensure they are despatched the following day.

*At busy times of the year (Christmas) there could be a short delay before we despatch your order but please rest assured all orders receive our prompt attention*

Returns / Faulty Goods

Due to the nature of our products being predominantly food items we cannot accept returns unless the items are damaged or broken. If this is the case we will do all we can to rectify the situation. Please take a photograph of the problem and contact us within 12 hours of receiving your delivery. 

If you are local you can return any damaged items to us at the Harrogate Hamper Company, Moorland Nurseries, Forest Moor Road, HG5 8JY but please ensure this is within 1 -2 days of receiving your order and also email us within 12 hours of receiving your delivery to let us know about your problem.
